All incoming calls and texts are free, including incoming international calls. Incoming international calls are free and do not count towards the 300 int. minutes.
The plan renews every month on the 15th. you will get 750GB and 300 international minutes every month.
You can cancel the line with Golan at any time without paying any cancellation fee.

The price will stay 50 NIS forever. The plan is prorated. if you cancel during the month you only get charged for the days the service was active.

Golan charges a one-time setup fee of 49NIS when the sim card is activated than you will get charged the monthly service fee of 50NIS on the 15th of each month for the coming month until you cancel.

As of September 2018, Golan started charging an additional one-time 15 Shekel transaction fee for signing up using a foreign credit card

You have the option to add a virtual USA number for $15 per month, with the virtual USA number people in USA can contact you by dialing a local number instead of having to call your Israeli number and paying international rates, you can also forward your calls from your USA phone to the virtual number and get all your calls to your Israeli phone.

On the activation date, you will receive an Email from Golan Telecom with your login details and phone number, You will also receive an email from us with your account information and Israeli number.

You must have an American express, Amax, or a Chase credit card for the Golan monthly billing, for all other credit cards you should order the Hot Mobile sim by clicking here. if you signup with a different credit card we will send you the Hot Mobile sim instead. 

After you are done using the line you must cancel the line with the provider, the cancelation instructions will be emailed to you when the sim is activated.

We charge a setup fee including shipping of $39 for the first sim and $15 for any additional sim, the setup fee is for getting you the sim card and activating the service with the provider before you arrive in Israel.

Golan offers 4G LTE, and 5G, it will automatically switch between networks depending on which network has better service in the area.
